REGISTRATION

  • Please note your registration includes one evening in the hotel room style of your choice and one solo entry. A hotel room must be booked to participate in the event. Additional solo entries can be purchased for $50.00 as an "add-on". Add-on's will only be honoured when purchased with a hotel room package. Failure to book a room package will result in an automatic refund with the exception of service fees, and loss of registration in the event. A maximum of two solo performances per hotel room is allowed. 

  • Registration scenarios are laid out below:

  • Rooms are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you are booking multiple nights (siblings in different age divisions) please book within the same tier to assist with room arrangements. We cannot guarantee, but will do our best to keep you in the same room. If completing multiple transactions, it is suggested that you do so as fast as possible in order to secure your spot. Rooms are not guaranteed and may sell out during your initial transaction. 

  • All ticket packages must be booked through the links below. Any rooms not booked through the below link will have no access to the show. 

  • The atrium area is surrounded by hotel rooms with individual balconies offering spectators the opportunity to view the stage from the comfort of their hotel room. Hotel rooms are positioned at either end of the stage and along the entire perimeter of the atrium. Prices vary between $199.00-$459.00 (excluding GST & fees) depending on tier level selected. A floor map will be provided on our registration page as of Friday, February 26th at 9:00am MST.

  • Hotel rooms with any view obstructions are noted and priced accordingly. 

Please note you are only able to register for one hotel room package per transaction (i.e. one room with a maximum of two solo entries). The registration forms will only be equipped for two solo entries maximum. 

You are not permitted to register on behalf of a friend. 

All room bookings must have at least one dancer. No observer rooms are permitted at this time. (i.e teacher rooms, family rooms, etc.) This is to give priority to the dancers.

We are working to secure livestream capabilities to help give everyone access to the show. 

If there are rooms still available, we will open them up for observers/teachers.

Registration will open Friday, February 26th at 9:00am MT.

Please register your dancer based on their age at the time of the event. 

The event will run from approximately 4:00-10:00pm each night.
